If you upgrade from a monthly to an annual plan, the change takes effect immediately and the price difference will be charged. Please note that the trial period is not available after upgrading. Your next billing date will be one year from your last monthly billing date. If you want to switch from an annual to a monthly plan, you will need to cancel your current annual subscription first. After the subscription ends, you can re-subscribe to the monthly plan. The change will not take effect until your current annual subscription has expired.

No, canceling your subscription does not immediately end your access. You can continue to use the service until the end of your current billing period. For example, if you cancel an annual plan in the sixth month, you will still have access for the remaining six months. Once canceled, your subscription will not renew, and no further charges will be made.

No, your payment method will not be deleted automatically when you cancel your subscription. However, you can remove it manually after cancellation. Please note that you can only delete your payment method if your subscription status is either Cancelled or Expired.

The Cancel Subscription button is only visible if your subscription status is Trial or Active. Cancellation is not allowed within 30 minutes of purchase. If you subscribed through Apple or Google Play, you must cancel your subscription through the respective app store.

If you made your purchase through the app, you can request a refund via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your platform. Eligibility for refunds is determined based on your subscription status and our refund policy.
